Ahmed Bakry graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture; Ain Shams University and gained PhD in soil and water chemistry. He is a researcher in the Central Laboratory for Environmental Quality Monitoring (CLEQM), National Water Research Center (NWRC) at inorganic chemistry department. During 2010, he shared in the construction of Juba Laboratory for water quality. He also helps the inorganic department, to hold an accreditation from the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA) according to ISO/IEC 17025. Since 2003 till now him experiences focused on the application of analytical chemistry in monitoring, analyzing and treatments of environmental pollution sources. He participates in several projects on national scale (eg. EWRA, MWRI, STDF, etc.).
